Our Restaurant

Purple Knights Pizza and Deli celebrated its 6th year in April and the fun has just begun! Our mission at Purple Knights is simple: to provide our customers with top quality, reasonably-priced food; maintain the highest standards of food preparation and customer-centered service; and have a little fun while we do it. We have been very successful in realizing our vision. How do we know? We have some very supportive customers who keep us on our toes and let us know how we’re doing. We hope they never stop!

Purple Knights is open at 8:00 a.m. six days a week, 11 a.m. on Sundays. We're up early to bake a variety of items including our delicious maple wheat bread and rosemary-brushed focaccia.
